No code and no opt-in is required for zero fee ZEN.COM deposits. The zero fee rate is applied automatically when ZEN.COM is selected as the payment method on OKX. The offer runs from 27 May 2026 to 19 July 2026 (12:00 UTC+2 on both dates).

Yes. The ZEN.COM zero fee offer and the Deposit Bonus are two separate campaigns. The zero fee offer requires no action. The Deposit Bonus requires users to actively opt in to the campaign within the OKX app before 31 July 2026.

Deposit Bonus rewards are not paid as a lump sum. OKX distributes rewards in biweekly instalments over 52 weeks (26 cycles). The total reward a user receives depends on their net deposit tier and whether the required balance is maintained throughout the reward period.

Eligible deposits include on-chain crypto deposits to an OKX account, EUR or local currency cash deposits via SEPA (Standard or Instant) or debit/credit card, and direct purchases of crypto on OKX via bank transfer, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The minimum eligible deposit is €10 and the maximum is €250,000. Balances held in an OKX account before enrollment do not count.

Yes. Once received, Deposit Bonus rewards are freely available to trade, withdraw, or hold within the OKX account. There is no lock-up period on distributed rewards.
