I particularly resonate with what Teacher Yueya mentioned.
Since operating this account, I have interacted with numerous Devs and reviewed dozens of Decks; the projects I have invested in and collaborated with are countless.
When making horizontal comparisons, it is easy to identify a common issue:
A significant portion of them have fallen into a typical misconception, thinking that low DAU and stagnant revenue are due to not chasing trends quickly enough or having overly simplistic economic models.
However, in my view, this is entirely missing the point. A healthy project, as Teacher Yueya said, must be:
"Able to explain complex logic in one sentence, making the value clear in three seconds."
Take Renaiss (@renaissxyz) as a positive example; I firmly believe it can succeed. Its logic is clear and simple:
1/ It can be explained in one sentence: it aims to create the largest online platform for TCG RWA on BNB Chain.
2/ The business model has been validated; Solana's leading Collector_Crypt once surged to 800M, indicating strong demand in the sector and a viable model.
3/ Renaiss ranks first in the BNB Chain RWA 7D data.
4/ It is said to participate in the YZiLabs Demo Day in Abu Dhabi, being the only selected project in this sector.
Although it hasn't reached a true critical point yet, and the buzz isn't overwhelming, the market is already providing answers through actions:
- 11/19 First test, sold out in three hours.
- 11/25 Second test, sold out in an hour and a half.
- 12/3 Final test, sold out in ten minutes.
Some people understand it, while others do not yet, but regardless, I want to be at the forefront.

In crypto, just because a product is well-made doesn't mean it will succeed; many projects get buried in "too complex". Teams that can explain complex logic in one sentence and make the value clear in three seconds have already won at the starting line.
For investors, this is actually an opportunity. If you can understand it early during PMF, when the founders are willing to refine the narrative, it means you can capture the attention dividend ahead of time.
Once the narrative takes shape, users suddenly understand, KOLs start to discover it, the community begins to discuss, and funds will flow in. From the outside, it looks like the project "suddenly becomes popular", but in reality, it's just that the value has been clearly articulated for the first time.
Sometimes it's not that the product is bad, but that no one knows why it's worth it. Those who can understand it early and help articulate it will stand at the starting point of momentum earlier than others.
