俄罗斯央行计划允许企业购买外国稳定币
PANews 6月5日消息，据Cryptonews报道，俄罗斯央行公布草案，计划允许国内企业购买外国稳定币，但疑似禁止购买USDT和USDC。该提案已开放公众评议，截止日期为6月15日。草案规定，未达“合格投资者”标准的俄罗斯法人可无限制交易此类资产。当地媒体指出，规则的改变可能不会为希望交易USDT和USDC等货币的俄罗斯公司打开大门。俄央行同时提议将数字金融资产（DFA）年投资限额从60万卢布（约7570美元）提高至100万卢布（约1.26万美元），并取消企业对DFA的购买限制。若无重大异议，新规或于月底前生效。
