Strategy计划发行250万股“Stride”优先股以增持比特币

PANews 6月3日消息，Strategy（原MicroStrategy）宣布将向机构及部分非机构投资者发行250万股10%年息的永久优先股“Stride”（STRD），募集资金用于购买比特币及一般营运。此前其已发行13%收益率的“Strike”和10%的“Strife”优先股。STRD无法转换为普通股，亦无到期日。公司目前持有约580,955枚比特币，价值超600亿美元。
