How do I set up Offline Mode?

Published on Jul 7, 2026Updated on Jul 20, 20266 min read1

Offline Mode is a security feature that allows you to set a protection period of up to 12 hours with hour-level precision (for example, 22:00–08:00). Once enabled, any withdrawal request initiated during the protection period will be blocked, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

This provides an additional layer of protection by preventing withdrawals during your selected protection period.

Who can use Offline Mode?

Offline Mode is available to all users who've completed identity verification. It's supported on web, and on the app with version 6.180 or above.

Note: if you're using the app version earlier than 6.180, update to the latest version to ensure Offline Mode is fully supported and your account is protected.

Which withdrawal channels does Offline Mode cover?

Any withdrawal through these channels is blocked during your protection window:

  • on-chain withdrawals

  • P2P selling

  • API withdrawals

  • Pay top-ups

Note: if an API withdrawal starts during your protection window, it's blocked automatically and can't be resumed with facial authentication through the API. You'll need to wait until the protection window ends before retrying.

During your protection window, all withdrawal requests are blocked, regardless of the withdrawal amount or channel used.

You won't be able to bypass the restriction using facial authentication. To make a withdrawal, wait until the protection window ends.
