PANews 5月28日消息，SEC文件（34-103124）显示，Cboe BZX交易所申请的WisdomTree XRP Fund上市交易规则变更案已进入正式审查程序。该基金拟追踪XRP现货价格，并每日依据CME CF Ripple-Dollar参考利率估值，持仓仅包括XRP、现金及等价物。SEC指出将进一步评估其是否符合防范操纵行为及保护投资者利益的相关规定（证券交易法第6(b)(5)条）。目前尚未做出批准或否决决定，公众可提交书面意见供审议。
