If an asset appears under Untradable assets, you may be able to withdraw it to a wallet or platform that supports the same crypto, network, and token contract.

How do I withdraw an untradable asset on the app?

Note: This feature is available on app version 6.0.29 and above. Update to the latest version before proceeding.

  1. Open the OKX app, go to Assets

  2. Scroll down to Untradable assets

If you can’t see this section, turn on Show untradable assets in the display settings.

  1. Tap the untradable asset. If self-service withdrawal is available, you’ll see a Withdraw button.

  2. Enter a receiving address and the amount you want to withdraw, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Before submitting:

  • Check the withdrawal fee and the asset used to pay it on the confirmation page. The available fee option depends on the asset. Make sure you have enough of the asset shown on the confirmation page to cover the withdrawal fee.

  • The fee shown on the withdrawal page is a blockchain network fee.

How do I withdraw an untradable asset on the web?

  1. Go to Assets and select Withdraw.

  2. Open the Untradable tab and select the asset you want to withdraw.

  3. The withdrawal network is selected automatically based on the asset.

  4. Enter the receiving address in the Address field and the amount you want to withdraw in the Amount field.

  5. Review all details carefully, then select Submit.
