加密行业敦促美SEC明确其对质押业务的立场

PANews 5月27日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，加密货币行业组织正敦促美国证券交易委员会（SEC）就质押监管发布正式指引。加密创新委员会质押政策负责人Allison Muehr表示，明确SEC对质押的立场已成为加密行业的首要任务，尽管SEC近四个月与行业的沟通较过去四年更积极，但Web3基础设施提供商仍面临监管不确定性。Muehr透露，行业正推动包括Solana ETF在内的质押产品获批，并已与监管机构举行“富有成效的会议”。此外，美国国税局将质押收益认定为服务收入的立场也遭到行业反对，相关讨论仍在进行。
