BTC staying around $63K while CeFi leads suggests capital is becoming more selective. Investors appear to be favoring liquidity, established ecosystems, and relative certainty rather than indiscriminately buying weaker sectors.
The important signals I'd watch are:
BTC: Can it break out of the current range with stronger volume?
ETH: Can the $1,800 area hold and the rebound continue?
CeFi/BNB: Does the strength persist beyond 1–2 sessions?
Altcoins: Does capital eventually spread from majors into broader sectors?
ETF flows: Continued BTC selling would make a sustained altcoin rotation harder to trust.
So I agree with the central conclusion: CeFi outperforming for a day isn't enough to call a new bull run. A healthier structure would be BTC strengthening first, ETH following, and then capital gradually expanding into altcoins.
In other words: follow the rotation, but don't confuse rotation with fresh liquidity.
