I learned this from trading SOL: When I feel like I MUST enter, that's usually when I should slow down. FOMO makes every candle look important. So now I step back and ask: Would I still take this trade if price hadn't just moved? If the answer is no, I wait. How do you catch yourself before FOMO takes over?
