Atlas claimed to have reviewed “leaked documents” showing overlaps and shared objectives. 

But, is there any proof or source proving this claim?

As of now, there is no official announcement from BlackRock or Ripple regarding a merger, partnership, or acquisition. Neither company has issued a press release or statement supporting the rumor.

However, Atlas claimed he looked at leaked documents, but he did not share any source in his tweet.
