$SXP is still producing blocks, but that alone does not make Solar an active L1 comeback story. Solar continues operating with 53 block producers, but its January governance proposal failed to reach quorum and the Foundation has indicated no active protocol development or planned upgrades. The key question is not whether Solar produces blocks. It is whether meaningful development and ecosystem activity are returning. #Solar #SXP #Crypto
