What type of purchases can't I make with my OKX Card

Some types of transactions aren't supported under the OKX Card usage policy. If you attempt to make a payment in the categories below, the transaction will be automatically rejected. This works as intended.

Manual cash disbursements performed by a financial institution, typically over-the-counter cash withdrawals using a card.

Purchases of cash-equivalent instruments issued by financial institutions, such as traveler’s cheques, foreign currency, or money orders.

Quasi Cash – Merchant

Merchant-based transactions involving cash equivalents such as cryptocurrency purchases, money orders, stored value loads, or account funding.

Cryptocurrency Exchange

Transactions made with cryptocurrency exchanges for buying, selling, or funding crypto trading accounts.

Transactions with securities brokers, investment platforms, forex brokers, or CFD trading services.
