If you're withdrawing crypto to a new address, you may be asked to complete a one-time verification to confirm that you own the address you're withdrawing to.

Follow this step-by-step guide to verify your address and provide the necessary travel rules information.

Firstly, when verification is required for a new withdrawal address, you will be prompted with a cautionary reminder. Please make sure to carefully read our reminders before selecting OK.

Once you've read our cautionary reminder, please select the category of wallet you are withdrawing to.

For exchanges or platform, please select the correct entity from our dropdown list. If the entity is not listed, please select Add to add it to our entity list.

To complete your verification via digital signature, you'll need to follow the steps below:

Verifying with Satoshi Test

Before you start the verification via the Satoshi test, please read the below carefully:

  • The test deposit must be sent from the exact private wallet address you are verifying. Deposits sent from another wallet address will not complete the verification.

  • You must complete the test deposit within 90 minutes of starting the verification. If the time expires, you will need to restart the process.

To complete your verification via Satoshi test, you'll need to follow the steps below:

  1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit from the dropdown list. Once selected, the deposit instructions will appear.
