OKX Card — Happy Weekend Campaign August 2026

• An eligible transaction is any settled OKX Card purchase transaction in USDG, USDT, and USDC during the Campaign Period, excluding the transactions listed below.

• There is no Merchant Category Code (MCC) restriction for this Campaign

• The eligibility of a transaction shall be determined on its authorisation date. Transactions authorised outside the Campaign Period shall not count toward Campaign rewards.

• Transaction amounts in foreign currencies shall be converted into their USD equivalent at the foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of authorisation.

• Transactions that are voided, reversed, refunded, contested or charged back shall be deducted from the participant's cumulative eligible spend and may result in the clawback of any Campaign Cashback previously credited in respect of such transactions.

• The following transactions are excluded and do not count towards Campaign Cashback calculations: ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers, money orders, quasi-cash transactions, and any transactions classified as cash advances by the card network, as well as those listed here.

• This Campaign runs on weekends only. A "Campaign Weekend" means each Saturday 00:00 (GMT+0) to Sunday 23:59 (GMT+0) during the Campaign Period. There are five (5) Campaign Weekends: 1–2, 8–9, 15–16, 22–23, and 29–30 August 2026. Transactions authorised outside a Campaign Weekend (i.e., Monday to Friday) shall not count toward Campaign rewards.

• For every cumulative 10 USD-equivalent of eligible spend (in USDG, USDT, or USDC) within a single Campaign Weekend, the participant will receive 1 USDG in Campaign Cashback ("Campaign Cashback").

• Cumulative eligible spend is calculated separately for each Campaign Weekend and resets at the start of each new Campaign Weekend. Unrewarded spend does not roll over to subsequent Campaign Weekends. Cumulative spend below 10 USD-equivalent in a given Campaign Weekend earns no Campaign cashback.

• The Campaign Cashback is capped at 10 USDG per OKX account per Campaign Weekend, and 50 USDG per OKX account for the entire Campaign Period. Once the applicable cap is reached, no further Campaign Cashback will accrue for that Campaign Weekend or the Campaign Period (as applicable).

• The Campaign Cashback is entirely independent from the participant's regular monthly base cashback. Regular monthly cashback and applicable tier caps continue to apply separately.

  • Base Cashback Rate for Non-VIP: 2%

  • Base Cashback Rate for VIP (tiered): Up to 10% (based on VIP Tier)

• Campaign Cashback will be paid out only when the linked qualifying transactions are fully settled.

• Transactions that are voided, reversed, refunded, contested, or charged back shall be deducted from the participant's cumulative eligible spend for the relevant Campaign Weekend, and OKX reserves the right to clawback any Campaign Cashback previously credited in respect of such transactions.

• The following transactions are excluded and do not count towards Campaign Cashback calculations: ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers, money orders, quasi-cash transactions, and any transactions classified as cash advances by the card network, as well as those listed here.

• Campaign Cashback rewards will be paid and credited in USDG to the participant's OKX Pay balance after the end of each Campaign Weekend, subject to transaction settlement and eligibility verification by OKX.

• In the event of any technical issue or error in eligibility verification, OKX reserves the right to distribute the reward within up to 30 calendar days after the end of the Campaign Period.

• OKX reserves the right not to pay all users based on the supply of tokens made available in the campaign.

• If a transaction that triggered a Campaign Cashback reward is subsequently reversed, refunded, contested or charged back, OKX reserves the right to clawback the corresponding Campaign Cashback from the participant's OKX Pay balance.

• Each OKX account may participate in only one promotional campaign offered by OKX during the same period. If a participant registers for multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign they registered for.

4. Participants who browse the campaign page and participate in this campaign are regarded as having read and understood the terms and conditions of the activity.

5. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this activity and/or cancel this activity without notice.

6. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited, or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw, or withhold any prizes, rewards, or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.

7. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen, or termination of membership.

8. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of users to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts or information, providing false KYC information, maliciously increasing transaction data, engaging in laundering or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, or violating local regulatory rules. If any of the above acts are discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.

9. OKX reserves the right to interpret, decide, modify, or change the terms and conditions, its rules and other particulars of this activity at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending the activity, eligibility qualification, terms and conditions, winner criterion, quantity of rewards, and the timing of any activities. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms and conditions.

10. The final interpretation of the activity shall be exclusively vested in OKX.

11. OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or OKX's terms of service. For more detailed information, please refer to OKX Terms of Service.

14. In case of any inconsistencies between any translated version of these terms and conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

1. Application

This Addendum B applies to participants in the Campaign who are resident in Australia. It prevails over the balance of these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency. Where this Addendum B does not deal with a matter, the balance of these Terms and Conditions applies.

In Australia the Campaign is promoted by OKX Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 22 636 269 040) (“OKX Australia”). The OKX Card and the OKX Pay Wallet are issued by Bano Pty Ltd (ABN 93 643 260 431, AFSL 536984). OKX Australia acts as distributor and authorised representative of Bano Pty Ltd in relation to those products. The issuer is not a subscriber to the ePayments Code. 2. Eligibility

To participate you must be resident in Australia, aged 18 years or over, onboarded as a customer of OKX Australia, hold an activated OKX Card, and opt in to the Campaign in the OKX app at Pay > Rewards > Benefits.

3. Currency

All references to dollar amounts in these Terms and Conditions, including the US$10 spend threshold, are references to United States dollars and not Australian dollars. Transaction amounts in other currencies, including Australian dollars, are converted to their USDG equivalent at the Mastercard foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of authorisation, less the OKX conversion spread. Fee, conversion and liability details are set out in the OKX Card Product Disclosure Statement.

4. Base cashback

The base cashback rates and tier caps that apply to your account are those set out in the OKX Card Cashback Reward Program Terms at https://www.okx.com/en-au/pay.

5. Clawback

Where a transaction that triggered Campaign cashback is reversed, refunded, contested or charged back, OKX Australia may recover the corresponding Campaign cashback from your OKX Pay balance. It will notify you and will not recover more than the Campaign cashback credited in respect of the affected transaction.

6. Changes and disqualification

For Australian participants, OKX Australia may vary these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or cancel the Campaign, only on reasonable notice and only where it is reasonably necessary to do so. No such change will reduce Campaign cashback already accrued before the change takes effect. A participant who does not accept a change may withdraw from the Campaign and any accrued Campaign cashback will still be paid.OKX Australia may exclude or disqualify a participant, or withhold or recover a reward, only on reasonable grounds and on notice to the participant. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your right to make a complaint or to seek external review.

7. Nature of the Campaign, privacy and tax

The Campaign is general in nature. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not personal advice or a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of any digital asset or financial product. You should consider whether the OKX Card and the OKX Pay Wallet are appropriate for you and obtain independent advice.Personal information collected in connection with the Campaign, including information collected through monitoring for misuse of the Campaign, is handled in accordance with the OKX Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).Participation may have tax consequences. You are responsible for your own tax position and should obtain independent tax advice.

8. Australian Consumer Law and governing law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth). To the extent of any inconsistency, that law prevails.For Australian participants these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
