PANews 5月27日消息，据官方公告，欧洲首家比特币储备上市公司The Blockchain Group（Euronext代码：ALTBG）通过卢森堡全资子公司完成两轮可转债发行：首轮500万欧元由Moonlight Capital认购，转换股价3.809欧元/股（较5月23日收盘价溢价30%）；次轮5830万欧元由Fulgur Ventures（5530万欧元）和UTXO Management（300万欧元）认购，转换价约0.707欧元/股。全部债券以比特币形式认购，预计可增持590枚BTC，使公司潜在比特币总持有量达1437枚。此次融资延续其“比特币财政公司”战略，即在发展数据智能与AI业务的同时持续增持比特币，目标提升每股比特币储备量。
