Strategy又搞了个大动作——发了一堆股票,囤了66.9亿美金现金,但一个比特币都没买。曾经那个“闭眼就是买”的比特币狂人,突然变成了“拿着现金等打折”的耐心猎人。
以前的USD Reserve是“专款专用”,只能拿来付优先股股息和债务利息。但新开的USD Cash灵活度拉满,管理层可以随时响应市场,不用再走一堆流程。
那比特币呢?
持仓840,447枚,总成本633.6亿,均价75,385美金。自6月以来就没买过新币,过去几周反而卖了将近7000枚。
不过随着大饼涨到8万附近,这笔持仓已经从浮亏近130亿,变成了浮盈约26亿美金。塞勒本人也出来澄清,说公司财务状况稳健、流动性充足,没有出售比特币来还债的必要。
法老怎么看?

法老直接说,PCE这数据就是照着剧本印的,符合预期等于没预期,市场该纠结还得纠结。 核心PCE环比0.2%、同比3.3%,跟前值持平,完全命中靶心。通胀还在3.3%晃悠,离美联储2%的目标差着老大一截。整体PCE环比0.2%比预期的0.1%还高了0.1个百分点。
真正的戏在周五沃什那张嘴上。 北京时间周五晚上10点,他上任后第一次杰克逊霍尔亮相。市场现在最怕的不是加息,是“不知道你到底想干嘛”。沃什上任以来一直在“少说话多干活”,把前瞻指引删了,让市场自己猜。这套打法在7月会议上已经翻车了——三位官员投反对票要加息,创十年最多反对票纪录。
对大饼来说,PCE符合预期等于没给方向,8万附近还得继续晃。 周五沃什要是放鹰,大饼可能回踩77000-78000;要是打太极或者意外放鸽,8万上方站稳,甚至有机会再测81000-82000。

OpenAI's self-developed chip "Mexican Pepper" steals the show, NVIDIA GB300 is completely outperformed
Everyone is asking Pharaoh, OpenAI has developed a self-designed chip called "Jalapeño" (Mexican chili), which directly outperforms Nvidia's GB300. Is this going to take Huang's job? Pharaoh directly said that OpenAI finally figured it out: instead of paying Nvidia hundreds of billions in "compute tax" every year, it's better to make their own knife. How powerful is this "Mexican chili"? With 700 watts power consumption, it beats Nvidia's 1400 watts, delivering 1.5 to 1.9 times the throughput per watt compared to GB200/GB300, and reduces end-to-end latency by 1.7 to 3.6 times. The independent semiconductor research institute SemiAnalysis tested it and said: it has defeated all Nvidia, AMD, and Google chips we can measure. The inference cost is expected to drop by 50%, with a total cost of ownership per chip per hour of only $1.56, on par with H100's $1.55, while Nvidia's next-generation Vera Rubin costs as high as $3.61. OpenAI didn't act on a whim; nine months ago, they teamed up with Broadcom to start development, using TSMC's 3nm process and HBM4 memory, designed specifically for AI inference. The real kicker is that during the chip design process, OpenAI's own large models participated in architecture optimization. The chip is tailored at the transistor level to OpenAI's model characteristics, rather than pursuing generality like Nvidia. OpenAI plans small-scale deployment by the end of 2026 and large-scale volume in 2027. Like Pharaoh's pyramids, it wasn't built in a day, but the foundation is already laid
