About CLARITYVoteFails50-49

CLARITY Act, a crypto market-structure bill, stalled in a Senate vote: 49 yes, 50 no and one did not vote, below the 60-vote threshold. It was not a final defeat; reconsideration or a restart remains possible. Disputes involve Trump-family conflicts, stablecoin rewards, state enforcement and consumer protection. BTC fell below $75K; Coinbase and Circle dropped. CoinGlass recorded ~$647M in 24-hour liquidations, including ~$524M in longs. Markets await renewed talks and SEC/CFTC rulemaking.

🟠 $BTC | THE MARKET IS ABSORBING THE HEADWINDS Geopolitical tensions remain elevated. Oil is near $100. The CLARITY Act failed. Markets are pricing in another Fed hike. Yet $BTC is still around $76K and $ETH is holding near $2.4K — both well above their summer lows. That's what stands out. When bad news stops pushing prices meaningfully lower, it may be a sign the market is changing. Watch the reaction, not the headlines. 👀 #BTC #Bitcoin #ETH #Crypto #FOMCRateCallThisWeek

🟠 $BTC + 🔵 $ETH — MARKET UNDER PRESSURE Crypto remains under pressure after the U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act. $BTC is trading around the mid-$75K area, while $ETH has seen a sharper pullback. ETF flows added to the pressure, with U.S. spot BTC and $ETH ETFs reportedly recording roughly $592M in combined outflows on Sept. 15. Regulatory uncertainty + capital outflows = a key liquidity test. Watch support and flows before calling the next move. 👀 $BTC $ETH #DailyOrbit

Yesterday, $BTC spot demand decrease slightly compared to the previous day. The negative value is increase. Futures demand also saw a slight decrease. Consequently, total demand turned to a negative value once again. However, the change in demand was small relative to the magnitude of yesterday's price drop, the market fell due to the failure to pass the Clarity Act, fluctuation in total demand remained minimal. Futures demand remains robust. However, the key point is spot demand to recover.

CLARITY VOTE FAILS — MARKET TURNS CAUTIOUS The U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act after a 49–50 vote, below the 60 votes needed to move forward. The market reacted quickly: $BTC slipped toward $75.5K, while $ETH lost $2.4K. Investors are trading cautiously as regulatory uncertainty adds to macro pressure. For me, this is a liquidity-first environment: no need to chase weakness or force trades before price confirms direction. Temporary shakeout or deeper risk-off phase?

Clarity Act dies in the Senate. Market gives back the “regulation hope” bid. $BTC slid from ~$79.6k to $75.6–76.8k. $ETH ~$2.4k, $SOL ~$100. $Cap ~$2.6–2.7T. Futures volume up, OI down money is closing risk, not chasing. Same day: oil ~$103, yields up, Fed today prices an 85% chance of a 25bp hike. The bill isn’t the only seller. Take: $76k has been tested all month. Don’t long headlines. Size down, wait for the FOMC reaction. Not financial advice. Your risk

Haven't chatted or traded BTC for a while. As expected, the Clarity Act didn't pass in the early morning, so no point in pushing the market. Even when Trump was at his peak, it couldn't pass; now that he's clearly becoming a lame duck, how could it possibly pass? BTC just happened to pull back to the 4h EMA200 level, around the current price of 75300, even briefly dipping below 75000. The ideal scenario is to catch a rebound rally after the rate hike announcement at 2 AM $BTC $CL

📉 Regulatory and interest rate pressures are brewing simultaneously. The U.S. Senate rejected the procedural motion to advance the CLARITY Act by 49 to 50 votes, delaying the crypto regulatory framework again; with the FOMC decision approaching, funds are reducing risk exposure in advance. $BTC fell 2.65% in the past 24 hours, hitting a low of $74,956, with the $75,000 level becoming the primary defense point.
