Deposit Match User Terms (UAE)

Thank you for using Deposit Match.
These User Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Deposit Match rewards program ("Deposit Match") hosted on the OKX platform (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the Deposit Match page and participating in the rewards sessions, you (hereinafter referred to as “User,” “user,” “You,” or “you”) are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules that may be applicable.
These Terms shall supplement our UAE Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency of any term or provision set forth in these Terms and our UAE Terms of Service, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to these Terms. All other provisions of our UAE Terms of Service not modified by these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. All capitalised not defined herein shall have meaning ascribed to it in the UAE Terms of Service.
User Eligibility: Participation in Deposit Match is subject to verification, compliance with the UAE Terms of Service, and applicable laws. OKX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine user eligibility and exclude users based on internal risk parameters or local regulatory restrictions. OKX reserves the right to require additional identity verification in respect of this rewards program.
Participation in Deposit Match is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
OKX reserves the right to modify or terminate this rewards program at any time.
OKX will closely track the behaviour of users to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the reward, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the rewards.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in the rewards program without notice.
This rewards program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Please consult your legal/ tax/ investment professional for questions about your specific circumstances. Digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk and can lose value. Historical returns are not indicative of future returns and past performance is not indicative of future results. OKX is not responsible for any potential losses. Not all products offered in all regions and this rewards program may be limited or not offered in some markets. Please consult your legal/ tax/ investment professional for questions about your specific circumstances.
OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the rewards program at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating the rewards program, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the rewards program, and adjusting the rewards program and rewards rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised Terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these Terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
