About TrumpGulfIranTalks
Trump will meet leaders or foreign ministers from six Gulf states in New York on Sep 22 during UNGA to discuss the next phase of the Iran war and US postwar strategy. He says a "major decision" is ahead, with neither military action nor a deal ruled out. Iran says it sent terms via Qatar to end fighting on all fronts, release frozen funds and lift the maritime blockade. Trump is open to meeting President Pezeshkian, but no US response or formal meeting has been confirmed.

Oil now carries a diplomatic option alongside a physical supply risk.
Iran says it sent Washington three ceasefire terms via Qatar, while the US has not confirmed progress and European refiners face disrupted October crude supplies. My read: credible talks could compress Brent and WTI risk premiums before flows normalize, but without confirmation the market may keep pressure on bond yields and risk-asset valuations.

SAUDI ARAMCO CUTS EUROPEAN OIL ALLOCATIONS
Saudi Aramco has reportedly told European customers they will receive no crude allocations next month, extending supply disruptions caused by the attack East-West pipeline
The halt has already triggered replacement buying,Saudi is working restore roughly half pipeline’s capacity within days
Market angle:October supply concerns are supporting crude, optimism over pipeline repairs limiting gains. Brent traded around $103.53, with WTI near $101.46.

#IranCeasefireTerms Oil's next big move may come from diplomacy, not supply 👀
Iran says it sent three ceasefire terms via Qatar: end the conflict, release frozen funds and lift the maritime blockade. The US has not confirmed progress.
What caught my attention is the market has two very different paths ahead.
A deal could strip risk premium from oil. Failure could keep crude elevated, feed inflation and pressure yields.
The next oil catalyst may be Trump's response, not another tanker.

SAUDI PIPELINE BUFFERS GLOBAL OIL MARKETS FROM HORMUZ CHOKEPOINTS
Saudi Arabia's East-West Pipeline functions as a critical economic safety valve, allowing millions of barrels of crude to bypass the volatile Strait of Hormuz and flow directly to Red Sea export terminals. This strategic corridor ensures continuous international energy supply during regional security crises.
However, its vital role also makes the infrastructure a high-stakes target, leaving global energy markets vulnerable to sudden price spikes if operational disruptions occur. Maintaining the security of this trans-peninsular route remains essential for stabilizing worldwide petroleum flows.

Saudi Arabia is cutting off Europe... while sending more oil to Asia.
Aramco has told European refiners they will receive NO Saudi crude next month.
At the same time, Aramco plans to move ~60M barrels through Oman in September / October, averaging 1.5M barrels/day, mainly to Asian buyers.
Europe imported ~577k barrels/day of Saudi crude as recently as June.
The oil is still moving but Europe aint getting any.
