No Investment Solicitation. The Hackathon does not constitute an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or otherwise transact in any digital asset or security. It is not intended to provide investment, trading, accounting, legal, tax, or other advice. The Hackathon is not available to any person or entity where such distribution, access, or participation would violate applicable laws or regulations. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable restrictions. Digital assets are speculative, highly volatile, and may become illiquid. The Organizer makes no representation or warranty regarding the value of any prize at any time. Blockchain, AI and digital asset technologies may involve technical, operational, security, regulatory and market risks. Participants are responsible for evaluating and testing their own projects.
No Endorsement. Selection as a winner or finalist does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the Organizer or its partners regarding the project, participant, or any related product or service.
Final Determination. The Organizer will consider onchain data, code quality, innovation, and market potential. Final rankings will be determined at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
