You can send from your OKX Money balance to another OKX Money user, or out to an external address.

Transfers between OKX Money users are instant and free. Sending it to an external address costs you only the network fee — we don't add a fee of our own.

How do I send funds?

  1. Select Send on the Home screen

  2. Scan the recipient's QR code, or paste their address

  3. Enter the amount

  4. Check the confirmation screen, then confirm with your passkey — your fingerprint, face, or phone PIN

Check the address carefully. Once a transfer to an external address is sent, it can't be reversed. Copy and paste, or scan a QR code — never type an address by hand.

FAQ

1. What does it cost?

Sending funds to another OKX Money user is free.Sending to an external address costs the network fee for the network you're sending on. We don't charge a fee on top of it. Because that fee goes to the network rather than to us, the amount depends on how busy the network is at the time.

The confirmation screen shows the fee and the exact amount that will arrive before you confirm. Nothing is charged afterwards.

2. How do I send funds to another OKX Money user?

Ask them to show you their received QR code, or to send you their details from the app. Transfers between OKX Money users are instant and free.

Always check the name on the confirmation screen before you confirm.

3. I sent funds to the wrong address. Can I get it back?

Contact customer support immediately. Transfers to an external address are final — once the network confirms one, we can't reverse it. If the address belongs to another exchange or service, there is sometimes a chance they can help, which is why speed matters.

Open Activity, find the transaction, note the transaction ID, and give the customer support all the details from the ID, the address, and the amount.

Be very careful of anyone who contacts you offering to recover your funds for a fee. Those offers are scams without exception.

4. My transfer is on hold or still processing, what should I do?
