How do I check my deposit or withdrawal history?

You can view and filter your deposit and withdrawal records on the OKX web platform or app. Select a record to check its available transaction details.

On the web

  1. Log in to your OKX account and open the Deposit or Withdraw page.

  2. Select View history. Use the available filters to find a specific deposit or withdrawal.

  1. Open the OKX app and go to Assets.

  2. Select the History icon in the upper-right corner, then select Assets.

3. Select Type, then choose Deposit or Withdrawal. You can also filter by crypto and date.

Note: The available filters and transaction details may vary by platform, transaction type, and account.

What information can I find in my transaction history?

Select a deposit or withdrawal record to view the available details, which may include the crypto, amount, status, time, network, sending or receiving address, and transaction ID (TxID).A TxID is available only for transactions submitted to a blockchain. Internal transfers may not have an on-chain TxID.

Can I delete my deposit or withdrawal history?

No. You can’t manually delete or hide deposit or withdrawal records from your transaction history.Use the transaction type, crypto, and date filters to find a specific record more quickly.
