OKX Card Subscription Cashback FAQ

What’s the OKX Card Subscription Cashback?

Pay for your favourite subscriptions with your OKX Card and earn 50% back up to €10 per month, paid in USDG. This offer is only available to select OKX Card users in the EEA. Please refer to our Card Reward page in the OKX App to see if you qualify.

The subscription cashback offer starts on 19 August 2026 at 9:00 (GMT+2). The first monthly reward period runs from 19 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, inclusive. If the Offer remains active in a subsequent calendar month, a new monthly reward period will begin on the first day of that month. You can check the current offer status in the OKX App.

This cashback offer is separate from, and paid in addition to, your regular cashback percentage.

How much can I earn?

You can earn 50% cashback on eligible subscription payments, up to €10 per calendar month. The same monthly cap applies to VIP and non-VIP users. Cashback is paid in USDG to your OKX Pay balance.

The campaign has a cashback budget of €50,000 per calendar month. Once €50,000 in cashback has been awarded in a calendar month, the campaign will be paused for the remainder of that month and no further subscription cashback will be awarded. If the campaign continues into the following month, a new €50,000 monthly budget will become available. Meeting the eligibility conditions or completing an eligible transaction does not guarantee cashback if the campaign has been paused after the monthly budget is reached.

Eligibility for the offer follows the standard OKX Card eligibility requirements. Rewards are limited and available while the monthly cashback budget lasts. The budget resets at the start of each new Monthly Reward Period.

Can I receive regular cashback and subscription cashback?

Yes. Subscription cashback is paid in addition to your regular Card cashback and doesn’t count toward your regular cashback cap.

Can I receive cashback on more than one subscription?

Yes. You can subscribe to multiple services (for example, Netflix, ChatGPT or Claude) subject to the €10 (12 USDG) monthly cap.

There’s no separate selection step in the app. You can subscribe and pay with your OKX Card as usual on the merchant’s official website. Since only three subscription services are supported, choose the monthly subscription plan rather than a yearly plan. Cashback is calculated within each Monthly Reward Period based on eligible settled transactions and the merchant name recorded for the payment, for example Claude, ChatGPT or Netflix.

Because eligibility is determined transaction by transaction each month, the subscription that earns your cashback may change from month to month depending on which eligible merchant you pay.

Pay directly on the merchant’s official website, not via the App Store or Google Play, and allow the transaction to fully settle before cashback is credited.

How do I qualify?

Follow the steps below to earn your subscription cashback:

1. Set OKX Card as your payment method for the subscription you want to pay for.

2. Make sure your card payments are settled in USDG. Payments settled in any other currency don't qualify. You can change the spending order in Pay > OKX Card > Spending Order.

3. Subscribe through the merchant’s official website and enter your OKX Card details directly at checkout. Avoid in-app purchases or intermediary billing services such as the App Store or Google Play, as the transaction must be identified under the eligible subscription provider’s merchant name to qualify.

4. Receive your cashback in OKX Pay once the transaction is fully settled. It usually takes 1-5 business days for a card transaction to settle.

Note:

• Paying through an in-app purchase (for example, App Store or Google Play) can cause the transaction to be recorded under the app store's merchant name (such as an Apple or Google bill payment) rather than the subscription provider. When that happens, the payment won't qualify for subscription cashback. Always subscribe directly to the provider's website.

• Subscribe to the monthly plan as the reward cap is set per calendar month.

• Refunded, reversed, disputed or charged-back transactions don't qualify.

• OKX may exclude users or transactions where it reasonably determines there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, non-genuine spending or a breach of these terms or applicable law.
