The OKX Product Council is a closed group of active OKX users with a direct line to the teams building and marketing our products. Below are answers to common questions about the program.

What's the OKX Product Council?

The Product Council is a group of active OKX users who share feedback directly with the teams building and marketing our products. That feedback shapes real decisions on what gets built, improved, and prioritized. It's not a survey panel — it's an ongoing, direct line between OKX and the people who use our products every day.

What do active members receive?

As an active member, you may get:

  • Early access to new OKX products and features before public launch

  • Regular trading fee rebates and reward campaigns

  • OKX swag

  • Money-can't-buy experiences through OKX's global partners

  • Direct access to OKX product and marketing leaders

Who's eligible to join the Product Council?

OKX is looking for active users who use OKX products every day and have informed views on what works and what could be better. Experience across multiple exchanges is a plus. OKX values honest, specific, and constructive feedback.

How do I apply?

The group is invite-only and places are limited. If you'd like to help shape the future of OKX, apply through the Product Council form.

Is there a cost to join?

No. Membership is invite-only and free — there's no fee to apply or participate.

How long does the application review take?

The application review will take 7 business days.
