POL (Polygon) Staking Additional Rewards Campaign Announcement

OKX will officially launch an additional POL token rewards campaign for the POL (Polygon) On-chain Earn product (the "Campaign") on Aug 18, 2026, at 1:00 a.m. UTC.

There is no subscription limit. During the Campaign Period (as defined below), eligible users may earn up to 12% APR, comprising the base APR and promotional APR. The 12% APR represents the maximum APR and is not guaranteed.

Users who subscribed to POL before the Campaign launches are also eligible to participate.

Campaign rules

• Users who subscribe to the POL (Polygon) on-chain earn product with POL will receive additional POL token rewards.

Participation rules

• The Campaign is only open to users who've completed identity verification.

• Users can participate through the OKX app and website.

Rewards and Distribution Rules

• POL token rewards: The rewards will be distributed every day to the users' funding accounts during the Campaign Period.

• Rewards calculation: Users receive POL rewards daily based on their staked amount as a proportion of the total eligible staked amount. The total reward prize pool will be divided equally across all campaign days.

• Each day’s allocation will be distributed among users who are eligible on that day. The maximum annual percentage rate (APR) is capped at 12%, including the base APR and reward APR.

How to subscribe

To subscribe to POL (Polygon) On-chain Earn, follow the instructions below:

On OKX app: Visit menu and select Earn. Select Polygon. Enter your subscription amount and subscribe.

On OKX website: From the navigation bar, visit Grow and select On-chain Earn. Select POL. Enter your subscription amount and subscribe.

Terms & Conditions

1. The "POL (Polygon) Campaign" (the "Campaign") starts on August 18, 2026, 1:00 am UTC and ends on September 18, 2026, 1:00 am UTC (the "Campaign Period").

2. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this campaign.

3. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.

4. For the "POL (Polygon) Campaign", your rewards will be distributed every day in the form of POL to your funding account. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary at its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.

5. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDC of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted to an equivalent value for distribution.

6. The rewards of this campaign may contain non-stable coins, and the actual amount issued is based on the USDC spot pair price at the time of issuing the rewards, and according to the equivalent amount of USD.

9. Please note that the value of the prize may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw to the actual withdrawal time based on market fluctuation. Prices of crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in value of your assets at any given moment.

10. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of rewards are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

11. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this promotion and/or cancel this promotion without notice.

12. During the Campaign Period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.

13. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
