What's the campaign incentive?
Spend a qualifying amount with your OKX Card — online, offline, or both — and earn up to 10 USDG in total rewards.
When does this campaign go live and who is eligible?
The incentive launch date is 20 April 2026, 3:00 PM BRT
Eligible users will see this campaign in the app.
What rewards can I earn?

You can qualify for both — that's up to 10 USDG in total.
How long do I have to qualify?
You have 1 month to reach each spending threshold.
What counts as an online or offline transaction?
Offline transactions are in-person purchases made with your OKX Card at a point of sale via Google Pay or Apple Pay — for example, at a store, supermarket, or restaurant.
Online transactions are purchases made on e-commerce platforms or websites using your OKX Card details.
A transaction counts toward your qualifying spend once it's settled, not just authorized. As long as the authorization happens within your campaign window and the transaction eventually settles, it counts.

Why is my reward pending? When will I receive it?
Rewards are distributed after your settled transactions have been maintained for at least 3 calendar days.
For example: if your cumulative settled transactions reach 50 USDG on a Monday, your reward will be distributed on Thursday at the earliest — provided the settled amount hasn't dropped in between.
Note: if a settled transaction is reversed or refunded within those 3 calendar days, it won't count toward your qualifying spend.
Does this reward count toward my monthly cashback cap?
No. This campaign reward is separate from your regular cashback earnings and doesn't count toward your monthly cashback cap. There's also no program-level cap on this reward.
Can I earn this reward and VIP-tier cashback on the same transactions?
Yes. This campaign reward and your regular VIP-tier cashback runs independently. You can earn both on the same transactions.
Does this campaign work if I spend in any currency?
You can use your OKX Card to pay in any currency — BRL, USD, EUR, or any other supported currency. What matters is that USDG is the token funding your card balance. Your qualifying spend is measured in USDG equivalent, so as long as USDG covers the transaction, it counts regardless of the currency at the point of sale.
Can I earn this reward more than once?
No. This is a one-time reward per user. Once you've earned the 5 USDG offline reward and/or the 5 USDG online reward, those milestones are complete and cannot be earned again.
Can I combine offline and online spend to reach the 50 USDG threshold?
No. Offline and online thresholds are tracked separately. You need 50 USDG in offline transactions to earn the offline reward, and 50 USDG in online transactions to earn the online reward. Mixing the two doesn't count toward either.
I have an OKX Card but I can't see this campaign. Why?
This campaign is available to a specific group of eligible cardholders. If you don't see it in the app, your account may not meet the eligibility criteria for this promotion. Eligibility is determined automatically and can't be manually added.
