How do I apply for an OKX physical card?
If you're eligible for the OKX virtual card, you can order a physical card too. We're rolling this out region by region, so it may not be available in your region yet — even if you already hold a virtual card. If you don't see the option today, check back later as we continue the rollout.
Virtual card eligibility depends on your region. Log in to the OKX app and look for the Card entry — if it isn't there, OKX Card isn't supported in your region yet.

1. How many physical cards can I have for one card?
One. Each card number only supports a single physical card.
2. What are my delivery options?
You can choose either standard mail or DHL Express.

3. What if my physical card gets lost in the mail?
If the estimated delivery window has passed and your card still hasn't arrived, go to Track delivery > Didn't receive card to request a reissue.
Note: because one card number supports only one physical card, reissuing means your virtual card is reissued first and you'll get a new card number. You'll then order a new physical card against that number, and a printing fee may apply again.
4. My card was stolen in transit — is my money at risk?
No. We don't print your card number, expiry date, or CVV on the physical card, so a stolen card doesn't expose your details. The card also can't be used until you log in to the OKX app and enter the activation code.
Once your card is activated, keep it safe. If you lose it, lock it in the app immediately, then request a replacement.
5. What's the difference between my physical card and my virtual card?
They share the same card number, so rewards and cashback are identical on both ends. The difference is how you use them:
Virtual card — add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay from your phone.
Physical card — a traditional plastic card. Some merchants, such as hotels at check-in and car rental desks, ask for a physical card.
6. Can I withdraw cash from an ATM with my physical card?
Yes, ATM withdrawals are supported. Some regions don't allow them due to local regulations. To check your region, go to OKX Card > Manage card > ATM withdraw.
